I've already append to PR 37745, OpenLDAP 2.3.x dose't allow db 4.6.x,
explicitly rejecting code fragment was added OpenLDAP's 2.3.x branch.

OpenLDAP 2.4.x's branch allow db 4.6.x.

And a few people report problem some applications with db 4.6.x.
