update to 0.10.6
changes:
-many fixes and improvements
-New elements: flvdemux, flvparse, mpegtsparse, dvbsrc, dvdspu,
 mpeg4videoparse, metadatademux/mux, souphttpsrc, speexresample, qtwrapper,
 rawaudioparse, fbdevsink
-Renamed elements/plugins: switch (now selector), pitch (now soundtouch)
-some elements moved to -good or -ugly
