Update to 1.4.11:

pkgsrc change: use python dependencies from pkgsrc instead
of the ones delivered with clive.

    Affected versions: clive < 0.4.11

! Unportable test(1) construct (bug #11552) [0.4.10]
    configure used previously the unportable bash "==" comparison
    operator for test(1) which is not supported by most other shells.
