Update to 1.6.33:

* Backported FXTopWindow resize() and position() fixes from FOX 1.7.
* Fixed GCC 4.3 warning in FXArray header file.
* Made internal data arrays static to prevent global name clashes on some 
compilers.
* Fixed uninitialized variable in FXFileDict.
