Update kid3 to 1.0.
Based on PR 38492 by Sergey Svishchev, some fixes and improvement.
 * Marked as DESTDIR ready
 * Add dependency on libmp4v2
 * Need full dependency on libXt.

          + KDE 4 docs in correct directory.
          + Crash when TSST frame was added to ID3v2.3.0 tag.
          + Disappearing ID3v1 genres.
          + Possible crash when import or export format was added.
