Update from version 1.41 to 1.42.  Changes:

1.42 Thu  3 Jul 2008 (Adam Kennedy)
        - Updated to Module::Install 0.76
        - Updated bundled author tests
        - Added the test_remove function
        - Localising $@ during eval calls
