Log Message:
Install pdftexi2dvi and texi2pdf again. Bump PKGREVISION.

Suggest installing pdftex/pdflatex for PDF support.
Based on suggestion from Jeremy C. Reed and patch by Aleksey Cheusov.

Remove EXTRACT_SUFX, it was at its default.
