Update from version 0.90nb1 to 0.92, discussed in general terms with maintainer.

 o Adjust dependencies
 o Add commented-out HOMEPAGE using search.cpan.org

        Improvements:

        The module hasn't seen changes for some time now, but that
        is because it works as expected.

        Improvements:
        - produced with newest OODoc, thereby
          could remove version, mkdoc and mkdist
        - removed useless README
