Update to xf86-video-intel-2.4.2.
From Hasso Tepper, PR pkg/39563. With patches for FDO bugs 17405 & 16631.

  Pack bdb_general_definitions block
  Remove unused VBIOS flag defines
  Don't disable planes in i830_update_dsparb
  Don't skip the checks for DRI headers with --enable-dri
  Fix reverted LVDS bios capability dword definition
  Bump version 2.4.2
  Fix from He Shuang(shuang.he at intel.com),
