Updated from version 1.68 to 1.69.

Upstream changes:

1.69
   - fix incorrect output of getAttributeNS and possibly other methods on UTF-8
   - added $node_or_xpc->exists($xpath) method
   - remove accidental debug output from XML::LibXML::SAX::Builder
