Update to production release 7.60.

Many minor changes omitted.  Highlights:

  - Added read support for Panasonic RW2 raw images (and extract meta
    information from embedded PreviewImage as Doc1)
  - Recognize DCP (DNG Camera Profile) files
  - Added read/write support for EXIF files
  - Added ability to write EXIF as a block (finally!)
  - Decode CameraOrientation for a number of Canon EOS models (thanks Bogdan)
