Misc improvements/fixes:

        * src/mt-main.c: Add missing <locale.h>. Bug #567483.
    * src/mt-main.c: Use N_() instead of _() for command-line
           options. Bug #567197.
        * src/mt-main.c: Make sure drag-clicks also work if both Dwell
          Click and Simulated Secondary Click are enabled. Bug #562212.

New and updated translations:
