Just a few more fixups; nothing big.

All games:
 - Change GGZ language from hardcoded en_NZ.UTF-8 to use environment variable
   LANG (Robert Ancell, Bug #565402)

GLChess:
 - Fix UI bug when players join a room (Robert Ancell)
 - Catch keyboard interrupts in AI monitor process (Robert Ancell)
