Log Message:
Note initial addition of p5-Spreadsheet-ReadSXC version 0.20 as
math/p5-Spreadsheet-ReadSXC into The NetBSD Packages Collection.

The Perl 5 module Spreadsheet::ReadSXC extracts data from OpenOffice
1.x spreadsheet files (.sxc).
