   * t/db-recno.t fails if run in a path that contains spaces
     [rt.cpan.org #43288]

   * Updated Makefile.PL for Strawberry Perl.
     Patch suggested by David Golden.

   * Remove IRIX notes from README. The page referenced doesn't exist
     anymore.
