Those things I (API_DEPENDS) don't know.
ABI_DEPENDS shouldn't be there - not really. Perl is an interpreter
language, and as long no module does real dirty things, the ABI is on perl
level.

I took a look to all dependent packages now but I can't find any where I'd
assume that they do anything like dynamic linking.
