Log Message:
Update to 0.9.9a. Although said to have a fixes only for Mac OS X, it also
fixes a build with fresh multimedia/x264-devel.

Changes between 0.9.9 and 0.9.9a:

 * Updated multiple 3rd party libraries to keep in sync with the Win32 port
 * Playback fixes for PowerPC-based Macs
