Log Message:
OpenSSL has provided a "typedef char *STRING" in recent versions,
this conflicts with the "typedef struct { } STRING" used througout
Alpine.

Since Alpine does not actually use the OpenSSL STRING def, obscure
it with #define and pretend it does not exist.
