When the distfile changes checksum, and you've verified it is ok (like
here), then you need to set DIST_SUBDIR if it wasn't set or modify it.
Otherwise, people who have already downloaded the old distfile need to
manually remove the old distfile.

Please do that for asterisk{,16}.
