Update to xwininfo-1.0.5. Changes:
Add README with pointers to mailing lists, bugzilla, & git
Fill in COPYING file
Migrate to xorg macros 1.3 & XORG_DEFAULT_OPTIONS
xwininfo 1.0.5
Do not spew usage on connection error
Ansification and compile warning fixes.
Report visual id along visual class for -stat switch
Update manpage for visual id
