Update to xbacklight-1.1.1. Changes:
Man page typo ("faiding")
Add README with pointers to mailing lists, bugzilla, & git
Migrate to xorg macros 1.3 & XORG_DEFAULT_OPTIONS
Use "Backlight" RandR property, fall back to legacy "BACKLIGHT".
Ansification and compile warning fixes.
