Update to lighttpd-1.4.26:
- fix various bugs, including a trivial to trigger OOM/DoS
- Allow support for checking for exec bit on cgi scripts
- Add support for TLS servername indication
- Add support client certificate verification
- Split off spawn-fcgi into a separate package
