changes:
-shapewipe: moved from -bad to -good
-aacparse: now based on common baseparser class and merged into
 audioparser plugin
-adpcmenc: new adpcm encoder element
-amrparse: use (default) time handling of baseparser class, merged into
 audioparser plugin
-dataurisrc: new source element for data:// URIs
-jpegformat: new jifmux element
-misc fixes and improvements
