Changes 4.43:
* This is a maintainer release.
* `configure.ac' was changed to allow building the package under
  Mac OS and Darwin with ODBC support.
* The SQL table driver was improved to process NULL data.
* Some bugs were fixed in the LP/MIP preprocessor.

Changes 4.42:
* The new API routines were added.
* The new command-line options were added to the stand-alone solver glpsol.
