Update emacs-snapshot to 24.0.50.20100608.

Changes:
        - Remove INCLUDED_FCNTL.
        - Remove BSTRING related code, all platforms define it.
        - Remove obsolete macro BASE_LEADING_CODE_P.
        - Use LEADING_CODE_P instead of BASE_LEADING_CODE_P.
        - Turn `directory-sep-char' into a noop.
        - Move UNEXEC definition to autoconf.
        - Remove obsolete pre-unicode2 macros.
        - Remove NOT_C_CODE tests, it is always true now.
