Update p5-MIME-Types from version 1.28 to version 1.30.

        - added a zillions of new types from debian's /etc/mime.types.
          implemented by [Roman V. Nikolaev]

        - changed table format, hopefully to speed-up load times per
          type, slightly compensating for the increased list.
