        - added accessor: Text::MicroTemplate::File->include_path

        - detects absolute paths using File::Spec->file_name_is_absolute (win32 
compatibility fix)

        - treat filenames starting with "/" as absolute paths
        - support lines like "? =pod"
        - fix documentation issues

        - [bugfix] fix degradation in the optimazition introduced in 0.14 that 
caused compound lines within template to be miscompiled
