I put distfiles on ftp.n.o whenever I update individual packages.  So we 
already maintain all distfiles of tex-* packages on ftp.n.o.

This time, however, they regenerated all distfiles when they released TeX Live 
2010 a few days ago.  It may happen once a year.  To prevent this in the 
future, we should set MASTER_SITES of tex-* packages to ftp.n.o.  Since this 
has annoyed many pkgsrc users, I'll make the change if admin@ says OK.
