Disable GSettings plugin.

It require glib2>=2.25.0, then after glib was updated to 2.26.0,
it also will be iinstalled, PLIST broken.

XXX: exactly depend on glib2>=2.25.0 and install it,
XXX: or create new package for the plugin?
