Changes 6.24:
* Spaces are ignored in the SetDate/ForceDate config values.
* Fixed a bug where 'in one week' wasn't correctly parsed.
* Fixed a bug where options passed in to the 'new' as a listref weren't handled
  properly.
* Newest zoneinfo data (tzdata 2011g)
