Log Message:
Update emacs-snapshot to 24.0.50.20110821.

Notable changes:
- Resolve invalid use of a regexp in regexp-opt.
- Sync with Tramp 2.2.2.
- Simplify url handling in rcirc-mode.
- Fontify bitfield declarations properly.
- Prevent cc-langs.elc being loaded at run time.
- Fontify declarators properly when, e.g., a jit-lock chunk begins
  inside a declaration.
- Add support for biblatex.
