I looked at the file and I missed the paragraph:

* The July 29, 2010 revision (4.84): corrects a man page nroff command
  error; recognizes FreeBSD 7.3; adds improved task support, initially for
  Linux; updates for Solaris 11 b134; makes provisions for ZFS changes;
  recognizes and documents LTnlink won't run on ZFS; corrects typo in
  Configure script.

What a crappy way to write release notes.
