I don't know which exact change caused it, but at least as of this
morning, building ruby19-xz in pbulk does this:

=> Build dependency ruby18-rubygems>=1.1.0: NOT found
=> Verifying /nonexistent for ../../misc/rubygems
bmake: don't know how to make /nonexistent. Stop

Dunno why yet...
