Log Message:
Update to libgpod 0.8.0.  Notable changes:

- map city names (present in the iPod Preferences file) to timezone
  shift to be able to interpret accurately timestamps from iPod Classic
  and similar models.

- support more iPod models, including Shuffle 4G
