Update tex-exam{,-doc} to 2.4.

Changes:
- New environments: EnvUplevel and EnvFullwidth
- New document class options: cancelspace
                              nocancelspace
                New commands: \cancelspace
                              \nocancelspace
- New command: \nobonusqformat
- New commands:
    \pointsinrange{rangename}
    \bonuspointsinrange{rangename}
- New commands:
   \settabletotalpoints
   \settabletotalbonuspoints
