Update ZenTest to 4.7.0.

* 2 minor enhancements:

  * autotest/timestamp now uses ran_command hook. (bhenderson)
  * run_command hook is now passed cmd. (bhenderson)

* 1 bug fix:

  * Fixed run_command hook to only trigger when there are test files to run.
