* Dispatcher: Don't send messages to a deleted Dispatcher.
* Make SignalTimeout/SignalIdle::connect_once() more thread safe.

* Add macro _CUSTOM_CTOR_CAST in _CLASS_BOXEDTYPE.
* Generate the documentation of default constructors of interface classes.
