You also need to set DIST_SUBDIR so that people who already have a
different version don't need to intervene manually to download it.

To amplify that: the problem is that upstream changes it regularly and
unpredictably. Unless they've grown up, this distinfo will probably
not last very long. Since they also don't allow redistribution, we
can't just post our own stable copy, so the possible long-term
solutions are:
   (1) find someone who uses it and cares enough to stay on top of it
   (2) find someone to teach upstream how to release software
   (3) remove it

This problem has existed for years and nobody seems to care much, so
my inclination is (3).
