Personally, second imports should not use `cvs import', that's all it needed.That way you have to know in advance that it's a second import, and from looking at pkgsrc-wip, nobody ever checks, so this won't work :)
For pkgsrc-wip, already using USER_NAME_${date} tag, and I should never use
`cvs import' for second import.
