    PVIO has no IV field anymore, so abuse the empty IoOFP,
    which is only used for printing, not reading.

    Tested for 5.6.2, 5.8.4, 5.8.5, 5.8.8, 5.8.9, 5.10.1, 5.12.4,
    5.14.2, 5.15.7
