Is this working as expected?
I ran a bulk build yesterday and I got 4 pbulk resolve errors involving 
this:

No match found for dependency xcb-util036>=0.3.6 of package:
  startup-notification-010nb2
  vlc-1.1.13nb9
  vlc-1.0.6nb20
  vlc-2.0.2nb1

I can't figure out how it's getting sucked in, I think the packages 
really want xcb-util.
