pbulk-base-0.47: Portability fixes

 - Prefer fcntl FD_CLOEXEC to ioctl FIOCLEX.

 - Reset SIGPIPE action to default for the build child, avoids 'yes' spinning
   indefinitely on EPIPE in Solaris builds, notably for print/pdf2djvu.
