After the lengthy procedure of installing all the dependencies of the package
required to make these edits, I'm getting this when I run bmake in doc/guide:

      - ghostscript>=7.05
  Make sure to install the latest package of meta-pkgs/netbsd-doc
  via pkgsrc.  For printable formats, meta-pkgs/netbsd-doc-print is needed.

This must be due to the recent split of the ghostscript package, as:

# pkg_info | grep ghostscript
ghostscript-fonts-8.11nb3 Postscript fonts for Aladdin Ghostscript
ghostscript-gpl-9.05nb3 Postscript interpreter
