I understand that using consistent Fortran compiler is important.
blas have USE_LANGUAGES=c fortran77 line.
I have no idea which blas really needs fortran77 or not.
If fortran77 is really needed (g95 is not supported), should we have
libtool-fortran77?
Or is the following best situation?
libtool-fortran's FC section is for g95, and F77 section is for g77?
