Log Message:
Update "phpmyadmin" package to version 4.0.6.
The major changes since version 3.5.* are:
- HTML frames are gone.
- The navigation panel now presents a tree.
- Javascript now required
- Documentation has a new look.
- Many bug fixes and smaller new features
This update also fixes the security vulnerability reported in PMASA-2013-10.
