Thanks for updating this.  We usually ask for people to give a short,
concise and cogent summary of changes to the previous version when
updating packages.  This gives us all a much better idea of what
changed between the old and new versions, and keeps people honest.  It
also means that we have a record in the source code repo of the
changes - sometimes remote sites go away, or previous versions of
changes files get overwritten.

It'd be great if you could do that for us.
