$PYPKGPREFIX}- is purely ornamental.
I don't want to use Python, just want to use applications, and it is using 
python.

Do you know py-pytz, py-tz, pytz directories exist at once?
Do you know py-notify directory was superseded by different package?

Do you think py-moin is good directory name to find MoinMoin?
