Packages for which multiple versions may be installed in parallel, as
most python packages, should have ${PYPKGPREFIX}- in the package name
and py- as prefix in the package directory.

I took a look at this package, and due to the bin/*.py it currently
wasn't possible to install in parallel.

What we do in this case in general is to install the bin/foo.py as
bin/foo2.7.py (etc.) with patches or post-install rules, so the
packages can be installed in parallel again.
