Xft2 vs. libXft has to do with different versions of X (I think
"xfree" vs. "xorg") and it shouldn't be messed with until we've
recovered the full context.

Also, can someone tell me why my old -5 native X machine recently
switched from wanting Xft2 to libXft? I figured I'd missed news of
some intended switchover because I'm behind on my mail, but I can't
find anything... or even any sign of a commit that intentionally
changed it.
