Log Message:
Import libsvm-3.18 as math/libsvm.

LIBSVM is an integrated software for support vector classification, (C-SVC, nu-
SVC), regression (epsilon-SVR, nu-SVR) and distribution estimation (one-class
SVM). It supports multi-class classification.
